Terms & Conditions 

1. General Acceptance and Legal Disclaimer
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, purchasing tickets, or attending the Jacksonville Chocolate and Coffee Festival (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). This website content and these T&C are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. The Festival Organizers make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided. Any reliance you place on such material is strictly at your own risk. You are strongly advised to consult with a qualified legal professional to address your specific legal needs and to ensure these terms are compliant with local jurisdiction.

2. Ticket Sales, Refunds, and Event Changes
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and there will be no exchanges for any reason, including, but not limited to, changes in the performing acts, vendor lineup, or event schedule. The Event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, extreme weather, or safety concerns, the Festival Organizers' liability shall be limited to a refund of the ticket face value, or a credit toward a future event, at the Organizers' sole discretion. The Organizers reserve the right to alter the date, time, venue, program, and vendor participation of the Event without prior notice.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, the attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. This includes the risk of personal injury, property loss, or damage, and exposure to contagious illness. The attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Festival Organizers, sponsors, vendors, and their respective agents, employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to the Event or any products consumed or purchased there.

4. Health, Allergens, and Food Safety
The Jacksonville Chocolate and Coffee Festival features products from various independent vendors and does not control the preparation or ingredients used in those products. Attendees with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities consume food and beverages at their own risk. The Festival Organizers cannot guarantee that any food or drink product will be free of common allergens, including but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, eggs, gluten, or wheat. By attending, you accept all responsibility for checking product labels and ingredients. Furthermore, any consumption of alcohol is subject to Florida state law, and attendees must be 21 or older with valid identification. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service.

5. Intellectual Property and Media Release
All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of the Festival Organizers or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. By attending the Event, the attendee grants the Festival Organizers and their partners the irrevocable right to use the attendee's image, likeness, name, and voice, in perpetuity, in any media, including photographs, video, and audio recordings, for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. Code of Conduct and Right of Admission
The Festival Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event grounds, any person who is disorderly, uses abusive language, or fails to comply with Event rules, security policies, or applicable laws, without refund. Illegal drug use, aggressive behavior, and violation of the alcohol policy will result in immediate ejection.
