The event will be held on Saturday November 21 and Sunday November 22. General Admission hours are Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. If you purchase a VIP ticket you will have access to a special shopping hour on Saturday from 9am-10am.
Parking is included with your ticket to the festival. Please note that parking is available on a first-come, first served basis.
General Admission: $15
VIP Ticket: $30
Kids under 12 are free with a ticket holding adult
All tickets will be discounted through our website in advance. Tickets will only be sold on our website and any other parties claiming to sell tickets are scams. All tickets must be purchased in advance; there will not be a box office available.
Yes! The Jax Chocolate and Coffee Festival is a family-friendly event with tons of fun things for kids to sample and enjoy onsite. Kids under 12 are free with a ticket-holding adult.
Sorry, but only ADA working service animals are permitted at the convention center. We kindly ask that you please leave all other pets at home.
If you purchase the VIP ticket you may come BOTH Saturday and Sunday of the event. If you purchase the General Admission ticket you may only come EITHER Saturday or Sunday. You do not have to choose ahead of time; just show up whichever day is more convenient for you.
